To join the EHA or renew your current membership, select your membership level from the options below and use our secure shopping cart. If you have not already done so or if your information has changed, please complete the Directory Registration Form to be included in the EH.net directory.

Membership Levels and Rates
- Regular Membership — $60 for those with annual incomes above $50,000
- Reduced Income Membership — $35 for those with annual incomes below $50,000
- Emeritus — $20 for professors emeriti
- Student — $20 for students
IMPORTANT: For those outside the United States, please ensure that your bank and/or credit card is set to process international/foreign transactions.
Additional membership options:
The basic Student, Regular and Reduced rate membership levels include online access to the Journal of Economic History. There is an additional $10 fee to receive the printed Journal of Economic History. Emeriti members receive both online access and the printed Journal of Economic History for no additional fee.
A joint membership in the Economic History Society (UK), which includes an online subscription to the Economic History Review, may be obtained for an additional $32. Please be advised that EHS will no longer produce a printed EHR beginning January 2023. Therefore, we are not taking renewals that include the printed EHR.
